using exfoliating scrub atleast twice a week, will help remove dead skin cells from the outer layer of your skin; activate your skin for other products to work effectively. You can create homemade exfoliating scrub, to create; mix equal part of sugar and olive oil. rub the mixture thoroughly over your knuckles for about 5mins. rinse off with water. once your skin has lightened, exfoliate once a week.
Step 2. Apply Moisturizer.
Do ensure you apply your moisturizer extensively to those area after bathing, especially lightening moisturizer cream. You can apply to those dark areas more than once a day for effective result, most importantly at night.
